This one day (8 hour) course for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants presents the current documentation and patient management standards required by the AZ PT statute and rules. Participants learn the key elements in the AZ law concerning clinical documentation, patient care management, and AZ jurisprudence both through interactive presentations in the morning and application of legal requirements to their individual patient records in the afternoon.
