This seminar will provide participants with the knowledge to create a healthy lifestyle and in doing so will learn how to transmute their successes with the patient population. This blueprint begins with creating a strong functional foundation beginning with the power of the mind. Through the power of the mind and strengthening the six mental faculties consisting of imagination, intuition, will, memory, perception, reason, the individual will create a stronger self image. With this stronger self image the participant will gain the discipline to follow six health habits thus creating their Fortified Wellness Blueprint. These six health habits consist of waking up early and on time, eating healthy, drinking healthy, creating a strong physical foundation through use of proper posture, strength, and dynamic movements, deep breathing, and adequate sleep.
