Credit Description:

Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injuries account for an enormous number of knee injuries each year, specifically in female athletes from recreational to professional and from young to old. However, the research over the years has provided successful programs that may be implemented to help reduce the incidence of ACL injuries. This workshop will review the current research regarding ACL injury prevention programs and will provide creative ways to incorporate ACL injury prevention training in the Pilates studio.
