Credit Description:

Clinical experience and recent research suggest that impaired strength and motor control of the hip and pelvis can have a deleterious effect on movement at the knee. In this course, we will learn Pilates-based protocols for restoring or improving knee function, with an emphasis on using the Wunda chair. We will also take an in-depth look at the anatomical relationship between the hip and knee, and examine the functional impact of common structural variations.
