Current research is showing that focus on Core Control and Core Strength are not as beneficial as we think and possibly disruptive to healthy neuromuscular patterns pertaining to rehabilitation. Join Anderson for an exciting new look at science and practice supporting a new way of answering what it is about Pilates that makes it such a great tool for rehabilitation. Special focus will be given to motor learning theory, science of communication and language, graded load and dynamic alignment, and behavioral sciences.
