This workshop will review current pain neuroscience concepts combined with imagery, movement and the breathing work of Mary Massery and Paul Hodges. Why is breathing so important for pain management and motor planning? Why is one of our well used cues “belly button to spine” actually teaching dysfunctional connections and decreasing core control? How can we use imagery to help our clients find joy in movement? Learn new movement strategies and understand the underlying research.
