This half day intermediate offering from Ossur, will provide education on the physical therapy treatment of the above the knee amputee. This will include relevant topics such as outcome measures and training techniques for rehabilitation using mechanical and Rheo Knee microprocessor knees. This course will also cover the functional advantage of the Rheo Knee microprocessor technology in prosthetic rehabilitation. The main objective of this course is to expand the physical therapists' knowledge of the above knee prosthesis in order to optimize their patient's functional mobility during therapy.
