The purpose of this course is to review trends related to ADR, RAC and Insurance audits focusing on medical review trends by payer, denial trends, and audit triggers. Because rehab services generate significant revenue for providers, therapy documentation and billing may be scrutinized even more; the best defense against any medical review is clean, comprehensive, and supporting documentation and billing. Participants in this session will be offered practical tips and strategies for auditing therapy records for accuracy and compliance with Medicare regulations.
