A rehabilitation wound management program provides a comprehensive approach to managing risk factors for skin breakdown, as well as managing the healing process. This webinar will explain the risk factors for developing wounds. Essential components of a wound care assessment and proper documentation are identified. Therapists will learn about assessment tools used in staging clients with wounds. Documentation and treatment planning based on wound staging results is reviewed.
