In 5 days at the beautiful Sedona Mago Retreat Center near Sedona, Arizona, not only will you be eligible to become a certified Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention instructor but leave feeling restored, revitalized and ready to return to your deeply meaningful work. Tai Chi combines low-impact exercises you can easily use safely with patients. The practice puts profound emphasis on breathing, relaxing, and focusing the mind in specific postures.
