Leaders in the workplace do not properly recognize a difficulty or challenging conversation Leaders in the workplace often avoid having difficult conversations because they lack the skills to conduct an effective difficult conversation. Skills and strategies are needed to appropriately handle difficult conversations. These will be discussed, demonstrated and praticed in this workshop.
