Dr. Christina Crawford completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at A. T. Still University and is currently researching falls and fear of falling to complete a Ph.D. in Human Services and Counseling. As a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Geriatric Physical Therapy, she is focused on empowering older adults to live and function optimally. She utilizes telerehabilitation services to engage patients in a unique manner that helps to increase access and decrease resource burden. Dr. Crawford strives to use telehealth for innovative expansion while focusing on process improvement and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Dr. Celeste Delap completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A. T. Still University and board certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a Geriatric Clinical Specialist. She is certified in the LSVT BIG program and PWR!Moves for the treatment of people with Parkinson’s Disease. Dr. Delap is also a certified clinical instructor. Dr. Delap is involved in both the APTA Geriatric and Neurological Sections as well and the Vestibular Rehabilitation Special Interest Group, Balance and Fall Special Interest Group, and the Arizona Falls Prevention Coalition. Dr. Delap is also a member of the International and Parkinson’s Movement Disorders Society and Vestibular Disorders Association.
