Frozen shoulder is a painful and debilitating condition that significantly impacts of quality of life for those that suffer from it. It has often been seen as self limiting condition and this can lead to sub optimal treatment and has a potential minimising effect on the suffering it can cause. This month’s goals are to better understand the aetiology, impact, risk factors, clinical assessment & rehabilitation of frozen shoulder so that improved care can be provided including non conservative options as well.
