This Masterclass provides an in-depth exploration of both sensorimotor and muscle performance aspects of neck pain. Starting out with a reflection on the role of the human neck in day to day life, and followed by a critique of traditional approaches to neck pain, the evidence underpinning sensorimotor and muscle performance assessment and management is presented along with clinically orientated, practical approaches to rehabilitation of the neck.
