This six-day course for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapist and occupational therapy assistants, has been divided into two sessions to enhance learning. This will allow the participant to use the skills taught in the first session prior to returning to advance and perfect their skills in the second session. The course will teach PNF fundamentals with applications to neurological and orthopedic impairments focusing on improving manual skills to achieve desired outcomes. Breakout sessions will be offered for therapists interested in advanced problem solving with specific patient populations. This is a lab intensive course. Faculty to participant ratio will not exceed 1:10.
