This seminar provides an overview of program development for long-term care. Therapists will learn various methods for resident identification including observation, screen triggers and medical record review. Additionally, this session will review nursing and therapy documentation components to support skilled intervention, the discharge planning process and available clinical programs to meet the needs of the long-term care resident along with steps for implementation of these.
