Low back and gluteal pain is a common presentation seen in physical therapy settings. Current evaluation and treatment models tend to focus on regional biomechanics which often overlook the regionally interdependent influence. The purpose of this course is to give insight to the influence of the thoracolumbar junction and its treatment potential for low back and gluteal pain. This course will be provided as a component of the Eastern District Meeting for the Nebraska Chapter of the APTA held on May 16, 2023.
