The key to applying dry needling to multiple patients is to understand anatomy and who not to provide dry needling with. After this, it is simply a matter of clinical reasoning on how to incorporate dry needling into a patient-centered, evidence-based plan of care. The first 8 hours of the course will be video, readings, and written tests. The final 16 hours will be lab-based with all practice and discussion of application, no lecture. This course is designed for physical therapists.
