This three-part course teaches PNF principles and techniques with applications to a variety of diagnoses including neurological and orthopedic impairments. The focus is to improve manual skills to achieve desired patient outcomes. The principles presented in this course are well researched and evidence based. This is a lab intensive course. Faculty to Participant ratio will not exceed 1:12. Essentials Course is a prerequisite to Neuro/Ortho courses. This allows the participant to use the skills taught in the first session prior to returning to advance and perfect their skills. INTENDED AUDIENCE: Physical therapists, occupational therapists, and physical therapist and occupational therapy assistants.
