This course will focus on knowledge translation from a number of sources including the Nebraska State Stroke Task Force Rehab sub-committee as well as the Neurology Section of the American Physical Therapy Association for standardized outcome measures. Learners will receive handson practice and opportunities to explore and become familiar with a number of highly recommended outcome measures in acute, subacute, and outpatient stroke rehabilitation. This course is appropriate for PTs & PTAs as well as PT and PTA students wanting to learn more about selecting and implementing a variety of outcome measures considering psychometric properties and clinical relevance.
