In the ArmCare Specialist Course, students will learn how to objectively evaluate throwing athletes using dynamometry and range-of-motion testing. They will then be taught to successfully integrate those metrics to help customize training programs, adjust throwing workloads, reduce injury risks, and better manage pain and injury in throwing athletes.
