This introductory course provides an overview of an interdisciplinary framework for treating individuals with a Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) within the acute rehabilitation setting. Through lecture and virtual lab activities, participants will gain an understanding of the management and care of persons with SCI including common medical complications and evidence based interventions to maximize safety and functional independence.
