This course provides a comprehensive overview of rehabilitation and return-to-play strategies for adolescent soccer field players and goalkeepers. Soccer is a high-demand sport requiring agility, endurance, power, and strength, making proper rehabilitation essential for a safe and successful return to play. During this course, participants will explore the latest evidence-based approaches to injury assessment, rehabilitation, and performance progression in adolescent soccer athletes. Key topics include rehabilitation strategies for common soccer injuries, neuromuscular control and biomechanical considerations, return-to-play criteria and testing, and strategies for reducing re-injury risk. By the end of this course, participants will have gained the knowledge and skills to evaluate, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, implement return-to-sport strategies, and optimize athletic performance in adolescent soccer players.
