This course is designed to explore and apply the latest science in acute mobilization and rehabilitation as related to persons with neurologic impairment. Attendees will be exposed to the science applied for neurophysiology, neuroplasticity, with person-specific considerations throughout. Conditions covered in emphasis will include stroke, Guillan-Barre, Parkinson’s Disease, and Functional Neurologic Disorders. Participants will be engaged in lecture complemented with interactive discussion, video-based case examples, and the latest in research.
