At a loss about how to treat your patients with jaw pain? Come learn a straightforward and practical approach to treat these underserved patients and expand your treatment population! This course will provide you with a thorough understanding of temporomandibular joint anatomy, biomechanics and dysfunctions, and how they can create pain in the jaw, head and neck. Through this, you’ll see that treatment of TMJ dysfunction is really no different than the treatment of other joints. Treatment techniques include joint mobilization, myofascial release, posture re-education and exercises. As with all our manual therapy courses, this course is at least 75% hands-on lab, and will give you skills you can use immediately upon returning to the clinic.
