Vestibular disorders account for a meaningful portion of outpatient physical therapy caseloads and frequently present with diagnostic complexity, variable treatment response, and high patient frustration. While many clinicians are comfortable identifying and treating straightforward posterior canal BPPV, persistent symptoms, atypical presentations, multi-canal involvement, and non-BPPV vestibular conditions often lead to stalled progress or referral. This course provides physical therapists with an evidence-based, clinically applicable framework for the evaluation and management of both common and challenging vestibular cases. Emphasis is placed on managing recurring cases, differentiating beyond BPPV, and the strategic use of vestibular rehabilitation exercises.
