Provides the latest best practices for acute emergency response and care for an athlete in crisis. This course is for healthcare providers working in the athletic setting who may be faced with providing life saving care to an unresponsive athlete prior to EMS arrival once 911 is activated. The course content includes both classroom didactic content as well as hands on break out learning labs and concludes with on-field/on-court hands on real life scenario based mock drills for performing emergency skills presented in the course.
