Women's Health Seminar: The Myofascial Release Approach The Women's Health Seminar: The Myofascial Release Approach is designed to help participants learn specific techniques to help resolve women's health problems along with persistent headaches, next and back pain. External myofascial release, external myofascial visceral release, and internal myofascial release techniques combine to form a powerful and comprehensive treatment approach. Participants will learn through observation, demonstration and hands-on instruction how to apply myofascial release techniques to the pelvic, pelvic floor, hips, sacrum, coccyx, pelvic region, perineum and internal vaginal/rectal regions. Participants will learn specific myofascial release techniques to help them become more proficient and efficient in treating such conditions as , vulvodynia, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, leakage, urgency and frequency problems, menstrual problems, problematic breast implants/reduction scars, mastectomy pain, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, fibromyalgia, coccygeal pain, episiotomy scars, painful intercourse, infertility problems and lymphedema.
